At Mount Fit, we strive to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to offer exchanges in the event of any issues with the product.
📦 Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges under the following conditions:
The product received is damaged, defective, or not as described.
You must notify us within 3 days of delivery by email or WhatsApp with images of the issue.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
If approved, we will arrange to exchange the item with the same or similar product of your choice (based on availability).
❌ No Refund Policy
We currently do not offer refunds on any purchases. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. However, we are committed to resolving any genuine issues through exchange.

Important Notes
Exchanges are allowed once per order.
